A classic everyday loaf: Naturally leavened and 100% organic. This loaf comes unsliced and in a brown paper bag, it can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
Ingredients: wheat (whole wheat/red spring wheat/bread flour), whole rye, whole spelt with Vancouver Island Salt and Whistler water.

Our Organic Country Sourdough is made with 100% organic wheat, whole rye, whole spelt, Vancouver Island Salt, Whistler water, and a natural sourdough starter. It’s a classic everyday loaf with a deep, wholesome flavour.
This sourdough loaf keeps fresh for three to four days when stored in a sealed container. It also freezes well, and can be sliced and wrapped before freezing for easier use later.
The loaf comes unsliced in a brown paper bag. You can request it sliced and plastic wrapped when ordering, which is a great option if you plan to freeze it or prefer ready-to-use slices.
